How to operate our industrial slow cooker ?
Before using your hot plates for the first time, turn it on the highest set for 3 to 5 minutes to condition the protective coating.
- Put water and or food in the cookware. Do not fill more than 80% of the cookware, as it will overflow. Cover and place on the hot plate.
- Plug the unit in. Turn the power dial to the ON position. The indicator light will illuminate. Turn the temperature dial from the 1 to 5 position, to set the desized temperature. (1 is the lowest heat, 5 is the highest heat.) The indicator light will go off as the temperature is reached, and will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
- When not in use, always turn the controls to the "OFF" position and disconnect from the power outlet.
- Do not use unstable pans. Be sure to use flat bottom pans to insure full contact with the heating surface for maximum heat efficiency.
Trade Terms:
- Payment: T/T or sight ILC. For T/T, 30% prepaid as deposit, 70% balanced paid against the copy of B/L.
- Delivery Time: 30-35 days after receiving the deposit or L/C.
